Can't Stop Smokin' is a deli style,
takeout smokehouse, set high in the mountain of New
Mexico.
We specialize in old fashioned, hand processed beef,
poultry, pork, ribs and our famous jerky.
Our smokin' jerky is hand sliced in small batches, for
best quality. Marinated overnight in our unique blend of
spices, slow smoked and dried for 15 hours, then served
fresh and direct to our customers.
We use the highest quality beef and grade A turkeys for
our jerky.
Our spices are a specialty blend we have created- no
nitrates, MSG or preservatives added.

We suggest refrigerating if storing for long periods of
time.
We do briskets right! We can overnight you a
brisket that has been hand rubbed with our secret
spices, then slow smoked with mesquite about 15 hours
for the juiciest, tender, most flavorful brisket you've
ever had... sized somewhere between 6-9 lbs. at $5.95 per pound,
you can specify smaller or larger...shipping and
handling will set you back a little, but worth every
penny, and we will only charge for actual costs...
Our ribs are famous in these parts and the states
surrounding...the most tender, fall off the bone, baby
back pork ribs you have ever experienced! A full 14
bone rack...hand rubbed, slow smoked over mesquite for
hours...17.98 per rack...these will be specially wrapped
and overnighted direct to your door...again, the
shipping and handling will be charged only actual cost.. |
