Wow- We went to Can't Stop Smokin in Ruidoso, over the Labor Day Weekend. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, looking at this beautiful log smoke house, to walking in the front door, smelling the Smoke House aroma. The food was outstanding, the service couldn't have been better. It was a delicious mountain experience.

  • Beef Jerky Variety Pack

  • Smokin' Classic Beef Jerky

    All our jerky is marinated in Teriyaki and Hoisen sauce then smoked for 11 to 12 hours over oak wood. The Classic Jerky has no other seasonings on it.


  • Red Chile Beef Jerky

    Spicy! ! This jerky is sprinkled with a goodly portion of crushed red chili before being smoked.


  • Black Pepper Beef Jerky

    Our classic jerky is laid out on the racks and then sprinkled with a generous portion of coarse black pepper.

    We use garlic steak seasoning mixed with garlic powder to give this jerky that wonderful garlicky flavor.
