Packaging
All meats except jerky are shipped in 1"-1.5" thick two-piece foam coolers along with dry ice. This packaging maintains the high quality and texture of our barbecued meats. The foam containers are reusable, recyclable, and contain no CFCs.

The foam coolers are then placed in a specially designed white corrugated box for additional insulation and protection.

Reheating
Reheating instructions, where applicable, are included in your order. By following these simple instructions your BBQ will taste as close as possible as it does right here at Can't Stop Smokin'.

Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. 2 days you say?
That's because we don't keep a bunch of frozen meat sittin' around for shipping. When you place your order, we select meat that's coming out the the smoker THAT DAY, then fresh-freeze it for 24 hours for maximum retention of flavor, moisture and texture.

Carrier
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, so be sure to provide a street address under Shipping Address during checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of the items you are purchasing plus packaging materials.

Handling
A handling charge will be added to all orders to cover the cost of packaging materials.

Multiple Packages
Orders weighing over 20 pounds will be shipped in multiple packages.
